Shelf Life Pro is a business tool used by authorised staff to create and print food shelf-life and information labels. Accounts are created and managed by business administrators; users cannot register themselves.

Passwords are stored only as secure cryptographic hashes, never in plain text.
Access is restricted based on user roles and permissions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data remains on our own server and is accessible only to authorised administrators within the business for the purposes described in this policy.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active and required for the operation of the business. When an account is no longer needed, the associated personal data is deleted or anonymised by an administrator. To have your account and data removed, please contact your administrator or use the details below.

8. Bluetooth and device permissions

The app uses your device’s Bluetooth solely to connect to compatible label printers in order to print labels. The app does not use Bluetooth to track your location or collect any personal information. No Bluetooth data is stored or transmitted to our servers.
